·       - Our Return Policy for return and exchange defective or malfunctioning product is 7 days from invoice date, after the approval of our testing authorized personnel. Returned products should be in original packing only with all accessories.

·       - Refunds or exchange is applicable only as a credit on customer's account, and only for valid products that are new unopened, and undamaged.

·       - Returns for defective products that have exceeded the 7 days period from invoice date will be sent to service center. Manufacturer warranty conditions applies.

·      -  No returns or exchange is allowed on discontinued or liquidate items unless it is defected and within 7 days period from invoice date, otherwise manufacturer warranty condition, will apply.

·     -  We ask that you check your products carefully before signing on the delivery note and upon receiving your order.

·       - Batteries, cables, connectors, mobile accessories, Software Games and other are nonexchangeable unless they are new and in good packaging/sealed.

·       - All personal cares, headphones are nonreturnable if not seated.
