Items that arrived different than what was shown or described or defective will be replaced right away. If no more of the same item is available then the full amount including the shipping payment will be refunded.

cases mentioned above must be reported once received or in no more than 5 working days, otherwise will not be considered defective.

Returning items without any valid reason (as mentioned above) is not possible, however, they can be exchanged with another item from our store, with the same amount or more. No balance cash will be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs.
