Items arrived different than what were showing or described, or defected will be replaced right away. If no more of the same item is available then the full amount including the shipping payment will be refunded.
cases mentioned above must be reported once received or in a period no more than 5 working days, otherwise will not be considered and arrived defected.

Returning items without any valid reason (as mentioned above) is not possible, however it/ they can be exchanged with another items from our store, with the same amount or more. No balance cash will be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
