Please contact us the same day of receiving the product.
Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items, such as [Pacifiers, bottles... ], cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
