You can exchange your item within the first 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, an exchange will no longer be possible.

To be eligible for an exchange, one or more of these terms must be met:

o   Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

o   The item must be in the original packaging.

o   To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

o   If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

To be Eligible for refund;

• If the item you received carries a defect from our side, you’ll be entitled for a full refund/replacement
• If you change your mind about your order prior to dispatch, we’ll refund your money in full.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

The following are exempt from refunds:

o   Gift cards

o   Some health, personal care, and customized items.

Return Shipping;

·       You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

·       If the item you received is defected, we will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the replacement.

·       Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

·       Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
