Return & Exchange Policy:
-An exchange is applicable only on higher tier models (Premium & Ultimate) and only after completing the 15 days trial period
-The price difference between the original purchase and the new requested mattress must be paid by the customer.
- Exchange/transportation fees will be applied with a rate depending on the product and area.
-The exchange item must be in a damage-free condition (ex. Stains, breakage, odor, or any other customer inflicting damages).
