· Online orders can be canceled within two days of placing the order, where after a cancellation fee will be charged;

· The provision of goods and services is subject to the availability of products and materials. In the case of a product being unavailable, the client would be refunded in full within thirty days;

· If a product is inaccurately described or does not fulfill its purpose, a refund, exchange, or repair will be offered within five business days after delivery. Should the problem occur longer than five days after delivery, the client will have a choice between an exchange or repair only;

· All complaints must be received in writing via e-mail (not WhatsApp) within five business days of delivery/collection. No refund will be granted if the complaint was not made in writing;

· All furniture that is custom-made to the client's specification is excluded from being refunded if the client no longer wants the item;

· All measurements and specifications about the furniture item are the sole responsibility of the client, and no refunds will be considered for incorrect information provided by the client;
